This Site is controlled, operated, and administered by The Kid’s Guru from its offices within the United States. INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT

BROWSER DO NOT TRACK

The Site is not currently configured to respond to Do Not Track signals.


ACCESS, CORRECTION, & DELETION

We respect your right to access and correct your Personal Information. You may access your Personal Information by signing into your account. From there, you can correct or modify your information. You may also exercise your rights, subject to applicable laws, to request that we delete or restrict access to your personal data. We may need to retain it for legally permitted purposes and this will be explained to you if necessary.

Personal Information that is no longer required to fulfill the identified purposes will be destroyed, erased or made de-identified.

For the 12-month period prior to the date of this Privacy Policy, we have not sold personal information about our users; nor do we have any plans to do so in the future.


RIGHT TO REMOVAL OF POSTED INFORMATION – CALIFORNIA MINORS

If you under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with us, you have the right to request removal of unwanted information that you publicly post on the Site. To request removal of such information, you can contact us as described in “How to Contact Us”. Upon receiving a request, we will make sure that the information is not publicly available on the Site, but the information may not be completely or comprehensively removed from our systems or databases.
