8. Shipping

  1. All shipping rates are determined by the individual carriers that we use, and not The Kid’s Guru Inc. They are subject to change at any time.

  2. To assure better pricing we ship through USPS, Fedex, and UPS. We currently do not ship internationally.

9. Refunds:

1. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of any of our products we will be happy to offer a 30-day refund window only on unopened supplements. Any opened products are not eligible for refunds at any time. For refunds on unopened products, the customer will be responsible for paying return shipping.

2. All transactions are conducted in United States Dollars (USD) and no adjustment for changes in foreign exchange rates will be made.

10. Passwords:

1. To use certain features of the Site, you will need a username and password, which you will receive through the Site’s registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are responsible for all activities (whether by you or by others) that occur under your password or account.
